NEW THEATRE COMPANY.
PICTURES FOR AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. WELLINGTON, May 16. A conference o! picture theatre interests, which has been in progress for the past two weeks, has resulted in the formation of a new company, with a capital of £IOO,OOO, in which Australian anil New Zealand interests will be represented. A new theatre company has also been formed with the same capital, in conjunction with a laTge theatre owning company of Australia, and two new theatres will be erected at an early date in Auckland and Wellington.
