There was only one case set down for hearing at the Supreme Court on Wednesday—namely, that in which Edward Michael Leydon (Mr J. B. Callan) claimed from Lucy M'Veigh (Mr Hay, instructed by Messrs Sievwright, James, and Nichol) the sum of £445 7s 6d, .the balance due under an agreement for tho management of the Georgetown Hotel, When the case was called Mr Callan informed the court that the claim had been settled, and v his Honor ordered the action and the counter claim to be struck out.
