(From Ocr Own Correspondents.) WOODLANDS, August 1 The rainfall registered here for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. to-day was 4 points, and for the month just ended 330 points fell on 20 days. It has been a good open winter. lIILLGROVE, August 1. The rainfall recorded at Trotter’s Creek for the month of July was .92in, making a total of 9.55 in for the year to date. The indications are at the present time for dry weather. ORARI, August 1. The rainfall registered here for the month of July was .38in. Rain fell on five days, the maximum fall being ,23in on July 28. The highest shade temperature was 66deg on the 31st, the lowest being 30deg on the 9th and 26th. The rainfall for 1924 is 9.97 in, compared with 22.25, 14.15, 10.16, 12.98, 14.38 for the first seven months of the past five years. WAIKOUAITI. August 1. The rainfall registered at Waikouaiti in July amounted to 122 points, making a total fall of 9.49 in since the beginning of this year, as compared with 21.47 in for the first seven months of 1923.
