WHYTE.—On May 30, 1923, at Wakari Sanatorium, Private James Allen Whyte, 41060, D Company, 4th (Otago) Kegiment, N.Z.E.F., and second son of Robert and Annie Whyte, of Tuatapere (late of Clifden); aged 30 years. On Fame's eternal camping ground Their silent tents are spread, And glory guards with solemn sound The xivouac of the dead. “Lest we forget.” M'FAULL.—On June 3, 1923, at the residence of his aunt (Mrs M'Faull), 14 Jackson street, Roslyn, 9/465 Sergeant John Pearson M'Faull, 7th Reinforcements, and eldest son of Daniel M'Faull, 29 Eskvale street, Musselburgh; aged 30 years. “At rest.”
