Tn the event of any horse entered in the M'Lean Stakes, 1923, Champagne Stakes, 1924, or Dunedin Guineas, 1924, dying before the date of first forfeit becomes due, the entry shall become void, and the owner freed from liability, provided the death of such horse is notified to the Secretary not later than the date, such forfeit became due.
