At 12 o’clock noon. npJIF. NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND JL MERI'ATVTTLE agency comTANY (LTD.) have been favoured with instructions from Mr J. J. Sheehy to offer for sale by public auction, at their Land Sale Room, Lower Rattray street, Dunedin, his desirable SHEEP RUN, Comprising 4670 Acres, in the County x of Tuapeka, about 12 miles from Miller’s Flat, together with about 1000 sound-mouth fine-wooiled wethers now grazing thereon. The Run is held under Crown lease for 35 years from March 1, 1923, the annual rental being £65. It is ring fenced, except where bounded by the Teviot River, which is a natural boundary, and is free of rabbits and noxious weeds. The Run is capable o‘ carrying up to 2000 sheen. The present flock of halfbred wethers are fine-woclled sheep, and clipped nearly 81b wool per sheep, which sold at the Dunedin wool sale in February last at prices ranging up to 26*d per lb. Mr Sheehy’s only reason for selling this property is that, as his sons are leaving the district, having acquired a property elsewhere, he is unable to carry on without their assistance. This is an opportunity which seldom occurs to acquire a profitable and desirable property as a going concern, and the Auctioneers can with confidence recommend it to tile favourable consideration of intending purchasers. For further information apply to Mr J. J SHEEHY, Miller’s Flat; Or to NEW ZEALAND LOAN AND MERCANTILE AGENCY COMPANY (LTD.), Dunedin. 15my
