A startling piece of information about chocolates came out in the Supreme Court at Gisborne recently. “Every chocolate with a n.ut in it,” said one witness, “also has a worm.” “I suppose in some instances it would be a baked worm,” suggested his Honor, Mr Justice Chapman. The witness’s reply was that, baked or not, the worm was there, anil would assert itself sooner or later.
