All races to be rfin under the N.Z. Rules of Racing. Entries hy telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible opportunity, under a penalty of 2sovs. In all handicap races, except two-year-olds, where not otherwise stated, the minimum weight will be 7st. Owners and Trainers will only be admitted to the Bird-cage immediately before and directly after any race in which they have a horse engaged. The winner of any race after the declaration, of weights may be rehandicapped. Entries and Acceptances close at 5 p.m. on their respective dates unless notified to at the Dunedin Jockey Club’s Office on their respective dates unless notified to the contrary. The Committee or Stewards reserve the right at any time to alter or curtail the subjoined Programme, or to abondon the Meeting if they consider it advisable.
