<a>~ NAl’I HR, March 2. The only criminal ease before the session of the Supreme Court, which opened yesterday, was ono in which Richard William Cough’lan was charged with indecently assaulting young girls. _ Accused pleaded guilty, and it was submitted on his behalf that die was of weak intellect. His Honor accepted evidence as to tho weak-minded-ness of accused and attributed the crime to this rather than to a criminal purpose. Accused was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment.
