There has just arrived at Cardiff -the wooden sailing vessel Alojandrina, which, built in 1886. lair for 20 years stranded on the Argentine coast, near Cape Horn. She was salved in 1917 by a Chilian syndicate, and reconditioned, and has since made suocessful voyages between South America, New York, and London.
