WELLINGTON, January 17. In a report to the Postmaster-general (the Hon. J. G. Coates), Mr Marksnan (.Acting Secretary to the Post Office) briefly reviews the postal and telegraphic business done by his department from December 21 to December 24, 1920, inclusive.
