At the Tin Lam Magistrate’s Court IT. T. Morton, auctioneer, was arraigned for having sold a quantity of liqstor (less than five gallons) without being licensed. The facta were admitted, but it was contended that, as the whole amount offered was 30 gallons, which the defendant had a right to sell.
