AMERICA AND ENGLAND
LONDON, January 15. Sir Auckland Geddes sailed for Englanl to confer with Mr Lloyd George and the Foreign Office. The British Embassy in Washington withheld the announcement of his intending departure until the vessel sailed. There is much speculation regarding the object of the visit. It is suggested m some circles that he is going to discuss the question of disarmament. He will return in February.
