The Australian edition of Weldon’s Ladies’ Journal for July is to hand from Messrs Gordon and Gotch, end with it three paper patterns, two being- of the pretty dresses shown on the cover, one of a smart blazer, also a transfer design. All the latest in dresses are illustrated in the number, which also gives particulars of the Knitting of a French jumper for summer wear. Nash and Pall Mall Magazine for June is to Hand from Messrs Gordon and Gotch. The .illustrations are still a feature of this publication. The fiction is usually lively and humorous. Among the contributors to this number being Frank Adams, Albert P. Perhune, Governor Morris, Sir Hall Caine, Will Payne, etc. Nash’s Weekly is an illustrated weekly of light reading, fiction, and caricature, with other features. A copy of the April overseas number has been forwarded to us.
