AUCKLAND, March 11. In the Supreme Court the jury awarded Arthur Lloyd Cremer £6CO general and £B3 special damages against William Hazell, a farmer of Mangere, arising from the plaintiff, being kicked by a cow he was milking. The verdict is subject to a motion for nonsuit on the reserved point that there was no evidence of negligence on the defendant's part. ■■
