All Entrances . and Acceptances to be addressed to the Secretary, Dunedin, entrance money enclosed, with the name and description of horse, age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, colours of the rider, and in case of handicaps, the performances of the horses which are not known to the Handicapper. All Entries and Acceptances, accompanied by the full amount in cash, must be hi the hands of the Secretary before 5 p.m. on their respective dates, unless stated to the contraiy. Nominations made by Telegram must be confirmed immediately by letter giving full particulars, or Owner will be fined £2. All races will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association.
