ANOTHER WOOLLEN MILL.

WANGANUI, March 10. At a meeting to-day, largely attended by representative farmers, financiers,' and business men, it was unanimously resolved to form a woollen mill company in Wanganui, with a nominal capital of £200,000, m £1 shares, and an initial subscription of £IOO,OOO. Several prospective applications for large blocks of shares were reported, and the unanimous consensus of opinion was that early flotation is assured. A strong board of provisional directors was appointed.
