Late fee letters at C.P.O. at 10.30 a.m.; at guard's van at 11.15. a.m. Mails which left New Zealand on January 12 arrived in London on February 24. THURSDAY, MARCH 4. For United Kingdom and Europe (per North Express) at 9.45 a.m.. to connect with the Ruapehu at Wellington. Correspondence must be specially addressed, "per Ruapehu." Late-fee letters at C.P.O. at 10.20 a.m.; at guard's van at 11.15 a.m. For Fiji, Canada, United States of America, United Kingdom, and Europe (per North Express) at 9.45 a.m., to connect with the Niagara at Auckland.
