Mr Poynton, S.M., in his reserved judgment in respect to a claim for £BS by Mrs Catinan, of Wanganui. 'in respect to a fiuit caso which sho left on a seat at an Auckland Hotel while booking: a room, and which subsequently disappeared, held that the hotelkeeper was liable, and gave judgment for £3O, his liability being limited to that extent.
