"Are you entitled to be called 'honourable' now that you are not a Minister?'' was a question asked of Mr G. W. Russell at his meeting at Christchurch the other night. "The answer to that," said the candidate, "is that if a man has been a member of Cabinet for three rears he is entitled to retain the title of honourable' for life, but certain formalities have to be "one through."
