TOUR OF PRINCE OF WALES.

NEW YORK, November 5.
The Times Toronto correspondent eaya that; the Prince of Wales, in referring tc his forthcoming visit to the United States, said: "I shall regard myself as going down there hot only as an Englishman and a Britisher, but also as a Canadian and a representative of the whole Empire,"
OTTAWA, November'7.
The Prince,of Wales visited tho Honsa of Parliament. Senators- and Commoners were presented to the. Prince at. his request, and members of the Press Gallery, were specially presented afterwards.. The Prince was made a life member of the gallery. In a speech he declared it was impossible to leave Canada without visiting the centre of her political life, and he hoped to return at an early date and to find Parliament established in itt hew house.
November 8.
In a farewell message to. Ottawa, tha Prince of Wales referred to the dominions as sister nations, and humorously admitted receiving shoals of letters from charming Canadian girls. He regretted that he was not equipped with a dozen hands in order to shake everybody's. Within a month his right hand became helpless, and it had not yet recovered, but its condition was; symbolic of the warmth of his welcome. WASHINGTON, November 7. - Mr Lansing, and other Government officials will meet the Prince of Wales at the* National border, and Mr Marshall (Vice-president) will receive him at Washington. The official programme includes a visit to White House and the Mount Vernon Naval Academy.
