The first property nfferco was under instructions from the- Trustees, Executors, audi Agency Company, trustees in the estate of the late Mr Charles Ziele, and comprised allotment 5 in a subdivision of sections 5 and 6, and part section 4, block XVII, Umiedin (fronting Smith street), and a twostorey residence. After competition it waa secured by Mrs Yallia at a satisfactory figure. The next property was on account of. the Public Trustee, and comprised freehold and residence, situated close to the tram terminus at Kaikorai, but the bidding failed to reach the reserve. A house and orchard situated in Mechanic street was next offered, and waa also passed in. Sections 5 to 10 (inclusive), block XII, YVaibola, were disposed of at £35 to Mrs Andrews.
