(By Cable.) LONDON, May 15 (delayed). There was a smaller attendance at tha wool sales. Carbonising wools and irregu. lar combings sold at recent rates. NewZealand prices: —Gore tops 61d, averago SW. " , . The Bradford market is firm, and prices are strong. Substantial advances are being asked for early deliveries. May 16 (delayed). At the wool sales competition was keen for super combings, and top prices were realised; but carbonising sorts were sW of sale. Of New Zealand clips Otitua made 70d (top) and 69d (average). May 19. LONDON, May 19. At the London wool sales super merinos and fine crossbreds Avere exceedingly firm. Carbonising wools irregular at Bradford, There was strong' inquiry for merino and finer crossbreds at fuller rates; others unchanged. May 20. At the wool sales there was a good attendance and keen competition. Super merinos and fine crossbreds mado recent rates, but scoured locks and pieces were irregular. May "21 (delayde). market is firm, and there was good competition for super combing 3 and crossbreds, but the lower grades are slow of sale.
