Desur "Pasquin,"—After the j( appearance and disappearance of "majioian" How Kun at the Opera House recently there was talk of court proceedings by the individual who was responsible in a way for inflicting hini on the public The papers were taken out and the case set down fof hearing, but so farM;hat is as far as the affair has got. Mr Maujriee Ralph passed through Wellington this week, and he announces that the Tait pictures of "Th© Surrender of the German Fleet" has been shown to tremendous business everywhere. Mr Ralph also announces that it has' been definitely decided that Sir Harry Lauder will open his New Zealand tour in August. Tom Haverley and his Kewpies are. both at His Majesty's, and met with a warm welcome on Monday night. With the deaffth of other attractions business, always excellent, is booming- just now. There is nothing definite as to J. C. Williamson's intentions regarding future shows for the Dominion. Mr Scott O'olville is back with the Dandies, and will take them to every available show place in the North Island.
