MEAD—PLUNRETT—On April 21, 1919, at St. Patrick's Basilica, South Dunedin, by the Rev. Father Delaney, William Daniel, only son of Mr and Mrs John Mead, Port Chalmers, to - Catherine, fifth daughter of Mrs and the late James Plunkett, Musselburgh. PAYTON— EVANS— On April 17, at the Tabernacle, Church of Christ, by the Rev. S. G. Griffith, Horace Cecil Edgar, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Thomas Payton, Castlo street, to Hilda Ellen, only daughter of Mrs and the late Edward Evans, Dunedin. ROGERS—SOAR.—On February 26, 1919, at St. John's Church, Invercargill, by the Ven. Archdeacon Richards, M.A., Clarence (late Main Body, N.Z.E.F.), fourth son of Alfred and Mrs Rogers, St. Kilda (late of Lawrence), to Lucy Ellen Ann, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs James Soar, the Schoolhouse, Makarewa. ROGERS—SMITH.—On March 4, 1919, at St. Paul's Prosbyterian Church. Invercargill, by the Rev. H. W. Burridge. Fred (late Main Body, N.Z.E.F.), third son of Alfred and Mrs Rogers, St. Kilda (late of Lawrence), to Mary, daughter of Mr and Mrs J. F. Smith, Isla Bank.
