COURT OF APPEAL.
WELLINGTON, May 9. In Rex v. Lander, the Court of Appeal held that the accused could not be convicted in New Zealand for the offence of bigamy committed in England, and the conviction was quashed. The appeal of M'Nab y. the Commissioner of Taxes was allowed with 25 guineas costs.
