Our ancestors had a •hort way with dangerous people, they proclaimed them "outlaw" under the sign ol The Wolf's Head, to indicate that anyone who killed them served the public safety. The Outlaw of to-day is the Bacillus or Disease Germ, the unseen foe of Health, but we deal with him the same way and all join in " Killing the Killer," that is to say, we kill Infection by destroying the germ which carries it.
