A POST-WAR PROBLEM.

UNEMPLOYMENT AMONG SOLDIERS. AUCKLAND, April 30. \ great deal of unemployment among returned soldiers exists in the Auckland district. The Repatriation Board has on its books a total of 123 men seeking work, and the Patriotic Association. Employment Bureau a total of 152. A few of the same names may appear on both registers but the number in need of work can safely be set down at from 200 to 250. Unfortunately the majority of those out of work aro men who, by reason of their injuries, cannot accept anything but light employment. Some are tradesmen, but they cannot return to their old occupations on ac count of their disabilities, and others are men who formerly followed unskilled occupations.
