APPEAIi DISMISSED. WELLINGTON, May 3. The judgment of the Racing Conference's appeal judges in the matter of tho appeal of the Hamilton Racing Club against the decision of the Auckland Racing District Committee in allowing the appeal of Ewen "W. Alison, jun., against the Hamilton Racing. Club, states that, having carefully considered! all the evidence, they have decided unanimously to dismiss the appeal, as they coneider there_ is no evidence to warrant the charge against Alison of making any falsa statement.
