HARBOUR BOARD ELECTION.
FOUR NEW MEMBERS. The election for five members to represent the City of Dunedin and the Borough of St. Kilda on the Harbour Board resulted in the return of three new members. Captain Sundstrum was the unsuccessful candidate of the six who came forward, and Messrs Walker and' Mitchell, who were on the old board, did not seek re-election. The voting was as follows:
