All Entries and Acceptances must be addressed to the Secretary, and contain entrance money, name, description, age, and pedigree of horse, name of owner, colours of ridor, and name of trainer. 8. The Committee or Stewards reserve the right to alter or amend this Programme at any time before the Entries are taken. They may also vary the amount of Entry or Acceptance Pees, Date of Entry, and Dates upon which the Handicaps appear, should they think fit to do so. 4. Entries by telegram, or telephone must be confirmed in writing within seven days, under a penalty of 2sovs. 5. Owners are responsible for all penalties and allowances. 6.
