An extraordinary sight was witnessed in Otautau on Friday morning (says the Western Star). During a very heavy shower of rain hundreds of thousands of einaL white jelly-fish were to be eeen lying on the pavements. They did not last very lon|J> melting as soon as the sun made its appearance.
