Rules and Regulations.
Winner of any Flat Race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 10lb, and for every additional race 6lb extra. Horses handicapped at Bst 101 b or over in flat races, and at lOst 7lb or over in steeplechases to oarry half the above penalties, or, if he deems fit, the Handicapper may increase the above penalties. The Committee i-eseive th 9 right to alter the date or time for declaration of weights, nominations, or acceptances as they may think fit. ' Accommodation at Course. —Fees for the meeting, £1 for each man and £1 for each horse, to accompany application. NOTE.—By Part IG, Rule 4, of the Rules of Racing, entries by telegram or by telephone must be confirmed in wriKing within seven days under a, penalty of 2sovo.
NOMINATIONS .for ALL RACES must be in the hands of the Secretary, with entrance money, name, description, age, and pedigree of horse, and name of trainer, owner, and colours at 8 p.m. on FRIDAY, 25th April. Weight's for First Day's Handicaps will appear on or about MONDAY, sth May. ACCEPTANCES for First Day's Handicaps, also for Electric Stakes and May Stakes, CLOSE at the Secretary's Office at 8 p.m. on FRIDAY. 9th May. Wetights for Second Day's Handicaps will be posted at the Secretary's Office about 8.30 p.m. on THURSDAY, 15th May.
