(1) Can he claim interest under the mortgage while the soldier is away at the front? (2) Can the rate of interest under the mortgage ba increased?" Answers: (1) Yes. Inquirer.—You should have an action for damages against the person comtmitting the offence stated in your letter. H. Y.
