On Wednesday morning three more pupil* of the Canterbury Aviation Company took their pilots' tickets. They were: A L» Boon (Linwoocl). Jack Oliver (Hororata), F. M, Clarke (Wellington). Ninety, five pupils have now graduated from the flying school, and, given fine weather, the hundred mark may he passed this week. A proposal that the natives of Hawke's Bay should build a Maori where all important services connected with the Maoris could be held, has been made by Bishop Sedgwick. The natives of Moteo have considered the proposal and a site has already been gh r en. The same donors also offered 1000 acres in the back country as a source of revenue on condition that the building was erected_ at Waipatu. The proposal i 3 being considered in other districts.
