WONDERFUL BRIDGING OF THE YSER INUNDATIONS. This military bridge, built by the French across certain of the Yser inundations, is 1200 ft long, and speaks volumes for the wonderful achievement of the French engineer sappers. As will be seen, it is constructed for the heavy traffic of war material on the left, and for soldiers on the march on the right.
