THE NEW BOARD.

The composition of the National Efficiency Board has been completed by the reappointment of Mr W. Ferguson (chairman of the old board). The board therefore consists of the Prime Minister. Sir Josenh Ward, and Messrs G. Elliott (Auckland), W. Ferguson (Wellington), J. A. Froetick (Canterbury), J. Begg (Otago), and T. Moss (farmers' representative). >=■
