The neighbourhood of Toxteth Park, Liverpool, has decided drawbacks, from the point of view of some of the landlords of the cheaper property. It is paid that an agent, on making the usual Monday mornirtp; call for rent at one house, was offered Is 6d. The rent was already in arrears. He showed his discontent.
