BEWLEY.—On August 30, 1917, James Joseph Bowley, wool-classer, dearly beloved eldest son of the late James and Hannah Bewley, of the Taieri; aged 73 years. BRADFIELD.—On September 1, 1917, ufc Ovvaka Valley, Alfred, beloved husband of Barbara A. Bradfield; aged 72 years. BROAD.—On August 28. Herbert Joshua, the beloved husband of Mary Broad, and third son of Allan Broad, St. Kilda. DAVIDSON.—On August 30, at Duncdin Hospital, Winifred (Winnie), beloved daughter of John and Edith Davidson, of 33 Carson street (late St. Ann's road), Mornington; aged 12 years. Deeply mourned. DAWSON.—Joseph, dearly beloved youngest son of James and the late Margaret Dawson (suddenly); aged 16 years, 'eeply regretted. R.I.P. JONES,—At Alexandra, on August 22, Charles Jones, dearly beloved husband of Emma Jones, and only brother of Lila Jones, Cambrian; aged 42 years. Deeply regretted.
