A CORRESPONDENT'S THANKS.
I have received such a very pleasant testimonial, as it were, from a correspondent whose query I answered recently that I feel I must publish it. One is glad to knowthat one has been of use. It runs as follows :
" ' Subscriber' begs to thank Elizabeth for the prompt reply regarding the making of almond icing. * Subscriber ' begs to state that should she require any further information regarding cooking she will at once communicate with the Otago Witness. Elizabeth is at liberty to publish this letter to her correspondents if she so desires."
