RACING IN WAR TIME
QUESTION OF REDUCTION. WELLINGTON, April 23. The New Zealand Racing Conference has appointed ft committee to consult with the Government and consider how far it is desirable during tho war to ourtail racing, the committee to have power to tako such measures as may bo necessary from time to time in relation thereto. The executive of the Trotting Conference has adopted a similar course.
