Joseph Gittens, —Claim £6. price of a horse alleged to have been sold by plaintiff to defendant. —It was contended that it was o loan and not a sale, but this view was not taken by the magistrate, who crave judgment for plaintiff for the sum claimed with costs (£2 Is).
