Messrs A. G. Irvine. W. B. Black, W. M'Neur, A. M'Neur, and J. Steele have now completed their exit examinations, and have been certified by the committee as ready to bo taken on trial for license. Mr J. T. Mackv, owing to his departure on service as a Y.M.C.A. field secretary, after the close of the first term, was exempted from the second half of the exit examination, and in consideration of the work done by him in the first examination, as well as some additional work specially prescribed, his exit was sustained. BOOK. PRIZES. The following book prizes were by students in the Theological Hall:—The Ebenozer Book Prize of £lO (third year), by A. G. Irvine, M.A. The Stuart Book Pnzo of £5 (church history), by W. J. Youngson, M.A. The Cameron Book Prize of £2 (firstyear Hebrew), by G. D. Wilson, B.A. The Knox Book Prize of £4 (second-year Greek), by G. D. Wilson, B.A. The Class prize in English Bible and practical training-, for third-vear students (£3 3s). by A. G. Irvine; M.A.,' for first-year students (£1 Is), by W.J. Young-son. M.A. The William Gillies Prize of £5 5s (for best first-year student in Greek), by W. F. Nichol. UNIVERSITY BOOK PRIZES. The James Clark Book Prizes (for students at the Otago University) wore awarded as follow: —Senior and Advanced Latin, to Margaret Lilian Smith. Senior English, to Phyllis Joan Harriet Turnbull. Junior Mental Science, to Percy William Hargreaves. Intermediate and Senior Greek, to Albert Brian Kilroy.
