in the North Sea will occur. The Allies' drive has caused criticism in Berlin, iind the German Cabinet, wishing to strengthen confidence, will precipitate another Jutland battles. 'i'ho Kolnischo Zeitung declares that the German fleet conteiiiDlatcs another battle. Ono German admiral writes that the iieet expects soon to meet the sea. and ho ingenuously adds: '"God help us."
