SYDNEY, July 19. The heavy rains have resulted in extensive floods in the Murrumbidgee area. July 20.

Mr Balsillie, the wireless expert, states that ho has proved conclusively that a fall of rain can be stimulated by electrical means. He claims that his experiments have proved that at least 30 per cent, of that stimulation can be maintained. Ha emphasised that he did not claim to produce rain, but onlv to stimulate light falls.
