LONDON, June 27. The National Bank of New Zealand's profit for the year was £191,609. A sunai of £25,000 was placed to the investment and depreciation reserve account, anc £BOOO for bonus to the staff. WELLINGTON, June 27. The National Bank of New Zealand ha* received a cable message from the Londos board, advising that the annual meeting! will bo held in London on July 4, wheA it Is proposed to declare a dividend of $ per cent, for tho half year and a bonus to shareholders of 1 per cent, on the paid-up capital (£75,000) equalling 13 per cent. fo* the year ended March 31. The sum of £15,000 has been added to the reserve fund, which will then stand at £70,000, anj £42,100 will be carried forward. The direoi tors have allocated £4OOO to the pension and gratuity fund, and have granted a bonus of 10 per cent, to the staff.
