Tho Windsor Magazine for June contains several important article*? on war themes including an account of the way in which the army's mail is handled. "Royal Palaces in War Timo" is a survey of 4ho various activities arising out of the war, which have transformed the more ceremonial associations of royal residences. There is an article on Nepal and her notable contribution of troops to tho war. An attractive group of stories includes contributions by Halhwell Sutclift'e, Harold Bindlos.s Eden Phillpotts, Vincent Brown, Fred M.- White, and others. The whole number is excellently illustrated. The Story-Teller for Juno contains three star features—a new Scarlet Pimpernell fetory by Baroness Orczy, a now series of stories by I. A. P. Wylic, and a now complete novel by Olive Wadsley, In addition thcro aro short complcto stories by W. Pott Ridge, Frank 11. Shaw, H. Schcfiaur, Mrs Baillie Reynolds, Andrew Soutar, Frank Hubert, and Captain O. Dallas, etc.
