The commonwealtfi is issuing £4,000,000 in 5.} per cent, bonds, redeemable between 1920-22 at par, convertible into stock at holders' option. The final instalment is clue at the end of August. The interest for the February-August six months will be payable on February 1, The issue has been underwritten.
