DOCTOR AS CO-RESPONDENT.

A TRIP TO NEW ZEALAND. (From Our Own Correspondent.) LONDON, April 21. A family doctor was cited as co-respon-dent in the undefended suit of Haye versus Have and Gladstone, in the Divorce Court yesterday. The petitioner was Mr William Maye, of Newton Ferrers, Devon, and he alleged misconduct by his wife. Mrs Margaret Frances Haye, with Dr Arthur William Gladstone, who was medical attendant to the family. Mr W. T. Lawrance, who appeared for the petitioner, said that the parties were married on March 4, 1905, at the parish church of St. Mewan, Cornwall. They lived together at Newton Ferrers and else where, and there were two children living of the marriage, aged nine and seven years. Tho corespondent was the family doctor, practising at Newton Ferrers. Towards 1914 tho respondent changed her manner towards her husband. One day in February, 1915, she left her. homo, and was traced to Teignmouth, and afterwards to L'lvmouth, in company with the co-respon-dent. It was then ascertained and the co-respondent had gone off to New Zealand together, where they were now living together, and the co-respondent w T as practising there. Mr Justice Horridgo pronounced a decree nisi, with costs, and the custody of the children.
