For health reasons, Mr William Crow, private secretary to the late Postmastergeneral, has decided to take extended leave of absence (says tho Wellington Post). He has for tho last 22 years acted as private secretary to various Ministers. Mr Crow has had 53 years’ continuous public service, having joined the Post and Telegraph Department as a message boy in Otago in 1877.
